Our International Online Therapy service is designed to support you on your journey of personal and spiritual transformation, providing a safe, empathetic, and confidential environment—wherever you may be. Together, we explore your story, understand your wounds, and open up new ways of relating to yourself and others.
How It Works?
Through a holistic and human-centered approach, we help you reconnect with yourself, overcome emotional blocks, and develop tools to live with balance, well-being, and fulfillment. We offer online counseling or psychological services with a counselor or mental health professional via video call from your computer, smartphone, or tablet.
By calling each other, we set up an initial appointment to meet via video and see if we both think working together could be beneficial. We send you an invitation with a Zoom link that will allow us to meet as agreed on the agenda. If we mutually decide to work together, we agree on a regular time for sessions.
