HOW LONG DOES EACH PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC SESSION TAKE?
They usually last 50 minutes.
HOW MUCH DO THE SESSIONS COST AND WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept payments via Zelle (USA), ATH Móvil (PR), and Yappy (Panama). The cost per session is established prior to the initial appointment—usually via WhatsApp—at which time the procedure to be followed is also shared.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T CONNECT AT THE SCHEDULED OR CHOSEN TIME?
We have a waiting list of patients and would like to accommodate everyone if possible. Appointments may be cancelled with 24 hours' notice so that the time slot can be made available to other patients. Failure to cancel or provide a valid reason for an absence will result in a charge for the full cost of the appointment.
ARE THE SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
Confidentiality and privacy are essential to maintaining a comfortable environment for the work we do together. They are legal and ethical requirements of our profession. We maintain a strict privacy policy. We use the HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom to ensure patient confidentiality during crises.
