HOW LONG DOES EACH PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION LAST?
They are usually 50 minutes long.
HOW MUCH DO THE SESSIONS COST, AND WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept payments via Zelle (U.S.), ATH Móvil (Puerto Rico), and Yappy (Panama). The cost per session is determined prior to the initial appointment, usually via WhatsApp, when we also share the procedure to follow.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T LOG IN AT THE SCHEDULED OR CHOSEN TIME?
Many patients are on the waiting list, so we want to see everyone if possible. Appointments can be canceled 24 hours in advance so that we can use the time slot for other patients. Failure to cancel or provide a valid reason for absence will result in the full charge for the appointment.
ARE THE SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
Confidentiality and privacy are essential to maintaining a comfortable environment for the work we do together. They are legal and ethical requirements of our profession. We maintain a strict privacy policy. We use the HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom to ensure patient confidentiality during your crisis.
